Ransomville Speedway has announced key updates for the 2025 racing season following their registration meetings at the Ransomville Fire Hall. Here are the important changes and announcements:

Leadership Updates:

  • Greg Hixson appointed as new Race Director
  • John Panattoni named new Pit Steward

Key Changes for 2025:

  • Return of handicapping system for starting lineups
  • New Rick Zachary Dash for Cash added to Summer Nationals
  • Novice division implementing four-win maximum rule
  • Membership required for points/awards eligibility (Deadline: June 5th for Little R, June 6th for Big R)

  • Krown Undercoating (DIRTcar 358 Modifieds)
  • Stirling Lubricants (DIRTcar Sportsman)
  • KiPo Chevrolet (Street Stocks)
  • Sunflowers of Sanborn (Mini Stocks)

Little R Karting Updates:

  • Rules aligned with regional speedways
  • Two-drop scoring system implemented
  • Performance Manufacturing continues as Karting Series sponsor
  • Division sponsors include Burris Racing Tires, Mike Barry Motors, Fisher's Auto Repair, Frontier Auto Wrecking, Bud's Apple Pie, and Reid's Drive In

Facility Information: Located on Braley Road in Ransomville, the speedway features a 3/8-mile DIRTcar sanctioned track ("The Big R") and a 1/16-mile Go-Kart track ("Little R"). The venue is just 20 minutes from Niagara Falls and Lockport, offering regular racing events throughout the season.
