"It's chemistry," Preece explains, highlighting the strong relationships developing within his core road crew and pit crew. "The level of 'want' to win and succeed that I see from this group is great. I couldn't ask for anything more when it comes to that, to start off a new team."
Preece is fully immersing himself in team activities, from pit practices to utilizing RFK's athletic performance center. His position in the standings currently places him ahead of teammate and boss Brad Keselowski (33rd) but behind Chris Buescher (10th).
Having previously raced with Stewart-Haas Racing and JTG Daugherty Racing, Preece is no stranger to team transitions. His approach at RFK Racing emphasizes openness to learning new processes and perspectives while building strong team relationships.
"I've really enjoyed my time at RFK," Preece says, expressing particular appreciation for Keselowski's leadership skills and the organization's continued development.
