Schumacher, who holds the record for most Top Fuel wins at 88, secured two victories in 2024 with JCM Racing and finished eighth in the championship standings. His addition strengthens RWR's program, which has already achieved four wins with Millican, including the prestigious U.S. Nationals at Indianapolis in 2024.

"This opportunity with Rick Ware Racing gets me back in a Top Fuel car where I can compete at a high level immediately," said Schumacher. "I'm really looking forward to teaming up with Clay. Having both of us under one roof is only going to make us stronger."

Rick Ware Racing, entering its third full NHRA season since late 2022, sees the partnership as a significant boost to their program. "We now have two of the best NHRA drivers and sponsor ambassadors in the sport," said team owner Rick Ware. "With Clay and Tony working together, they can feed off each other's strengths and elevate our entire operation."

Millican remains the cornerstone of RWR's NHRA program, having secured all of the team's victories to date. The specific races for Schumacher's 2025 schedule will be announced later.
