Romain Grosjean and Andrea Caldarelli will pilot the SC63. Caldarelli, who previously drove the SC63 in last year's IMSA Endurance Cup events, has moved to Lamborghini GTD PRO team Pfaff Motorsports for 2025 following Lamborghini's withdrawal from the FIA World Endurance Championship.

For the remaining four Endurance Cup rounds, Grosjean will join former WEC drivers Mirko Bortolotti and Daniil Kvyat starting with the Sebring 12 Hours.

The updated entry list now includes 40 cars, with notable additions to the GTD field:

  • Vasser Sullivan Racing added their GTD No. 12 Lexus alongside their No. 14 Lexus RC F GT3 from GTD PRO
  • Conquest Racing's No. 34 Ferrari 296 GT3 features Jan Heylen and Jaden Conwright
  • Inter Europol Competition ORECA LMP2's No. 43 adds Tom Dillmann, Jon Field, and Bijoy Garg
  • Forte Racing Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2's No. 78 includes Parker Kligerman

Philipp Eng and Robin Frijns have been removed from the No. 24 and No. 25 Team RLL BMW M Hybrid V8s respectively.
