Kasey Kahne Racing Makes History with First 1-2 Finish at Kern High Limit

Brad Sweet dominated the Kubota High Limit Racing debut at Bakersfield Speedway, securing Kasey Kahne Racing's first-ever 1-2 finish in series history. Sweet, piloting the NAPA Auto Parts No. 49, led all 30 laps after starting from the pole position.

The victory marks Sweet's 11th career win with Kubota High Limit Racing, putting him one behind Rico Abreu's series-leading 12 victories. It's also the first national win for new crew chief Tye Wolfgang.

Kasey Kahne finished second in the KKR No. 9, achieving his career-best finish in the series. Brent Marks from Myerstown, Pennsylvania, secured third place, marking his first podium finish in California.

Tanner Holmes and D.J. Netto rounded out the top five, with Tyler Courtney making an impressive charge from 22nd to 6th position.
