Endurance Vehicle Services has appointed Justin C. Thomas as its new Chief Executive Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in the auto protection plan and warranty industry. Thomas previously held executive positions at AON, The Warranty Group, Assurant, PayLink, and most recently served as President and COO at The Olive Group.

Paul Chernawsky, Endurance co-founder and Board Chairman, praised Thomas's extensive automotive finance and insurance expertise, highlighting him as the ideal candidate to lead the company's future growth. Rich Holland, the previous CEO, will transition to a Board role after two years of successful leadership.

Steven Carrel, Managing Director at TRP Capital Partners, expressed confidence in Thomas's ability to advance the company's long-term strategy and accelerate growth in the transportation sector.
