Chris Gayle will transition from Ty Gibbs' No. 54 team to become Hamlin's new crew chief on the No. 11 team. Gayle's credentials include leading JGR's Xfinity Series program to 10 wins in 2021 and guiding Gibbs to a championship in 2022. Together, they made their first Cup Series playoff appearance in 2024, finishing 15th.

The crew chief position for Ty Gibbs' No. 54 team remains to be announced.

Joe Gibbs emphasized that these changes strengthen the organization's overall structure, with Gabehart's new role benefiting all four teams. The immediate transition allows the teams to prepare effectively for the 2025 season.
