The team represents a unique partnership between Swanson as co-owner/driver and Doug Dougherty of Dougherty Motorsports, who brings vital support through 1-Way Technologies engines and setup expertise.
Equipped with DRC Chassis, known for their exceptional performance and craftsmanship, the team is positioned to be competitive from the season opener at Ocala Speedway in February 2025.
The formation of Daming Swanson Motorsports holds special significance as it honors the memory of Joe Daming, the team's original owner who passed away in March 2024. His vision and passion for sprint car racing were instrumental in establishing the foundation for this venture.
"We've always dreamed of building a program capable of competing in the full USAC National Sprint Car season," said Swanson. "Having Doug Dougherty on board and his support through Dougherty Motorsports is the final piece of the puzzle."
The team is actively seeking partnerships and sponsorship opportunities for their 2025 campaign, offering comprehensive exposure through race car branding, hauler visibility, team apparel, and social media presence.
