Firestone adjusts its tire allocation strategy for The Thermal Club's championship race debut, addressing the track's notorious reputation for rapid tire wear. Cara Krstolic, Firestone's chief engineer, explains their approach for Thermal's challenging 3.067-mile circuit focuses on enhancing primary tire durability rather than softening the alternates.
