Trent Hindman joins Wayne Taylor Racing's GTD program as Danny Formal's new full-season co-driver in the No. 45 Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2 for the 2025 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. The move marks WTR's second full GTD season after securing a pole position and four top-10 finishes in 2024, including fifth place at Petit Le Mans. The team's partnership with Lamborghini Squadra Corse spans nearly a decade, with 14 championship titles in Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America.

Hindman, a former Lamborghini Super Trofeo World Finals Champion and 2017 LSTNA PRO/AM drivers' title holder with WTR, brings significant experience including the 2019 GTD championship and 2021 GTD Endurance Cup.

"This is a long-awaited reunion with a team I've shared success with," said Hindman. "I look forward to finding success again with the same core group that has developed so much over the past seven years."

Formal, who secured the team's first sprint race GTD pole position at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca in 2024, expressed confidence in the upcoming season: "We had a fantastic first season with a top five finish at Road Atlanta. Our sophomore season is going to be great."

Team owner Wayne Taylor praised the lineup, highlighting the return of Formal, Hindman's reunion with the team, Graham's continued development in endurance events, and Marcelli's involvement at Daytona.

The team will debut at the Roar Before the 24 on January 17-19, followed by the Rolex 24 at Daytona on January 23-26.
