Team Principal Ayao Komatsu expressed satisfaction with the team's performance, highlighting their impressive 58-point haul, including 27 points in the final quarter - a significant improvement over previous seasons where the team typically struggled in the latter half.

The team demonstrated remarkable progress in car development throughout the season, culminating in their closest qualifying gap to pole position in Abu Dhabi, where Nico Hulkenberg finished just three tenths off the pace and merely eight hundredths from P2.

Komatsu revealed that the team's original target was eighth place, making their seventh-place finish particularly impressive given their size and resources. Despite starting the year's car development late and pausing for two months to focus on the Austin upgrade, Haas managed to outperform their initial goals.

The achievement is even more noteworthy considering Haas's position as Formula 1's smallest team. While the loss of sixth place to Alpine's 65 points was disappointing, the overall season performance demonstrated significant progress under Komatsu's first year of leadership, establishing a strong foundation for future success.
