This marks Hunter-Reay's third consecutive year with the team, while Harvey joins after missing the 2024 race. The duo replaces the previous year's lineup of Hunter-Reay and Conor Daly.

Team owner Dennis Reinbold expressed confidence in both drivers, highlighting Harvey's untapped potential and Hunter-Reay's proven championship capabilities. The team's recent success includes qualifying for the Fast 12 as the only Indy-only program in 2024.

Hunter-Reay, the 2012 IndyCar Series champion, emphasized the team's strong 2024 performance and their continued preparation for improvement. Harvey, whose best Indy 500 finish was ninth in 2020, will make his first IndyCar appearance with Chevrolet power.

Don Cusick, entering his fifth Indy 500 and third partnership with DRR, noted the team's recent achievements, including a Fast 12 qualifying position and leading 24 laps in the 2024 race. The collaboration between DRR and Cusick Motorsports continues to strengthen their pursuit of victory in the Greatest Spectacle in Racing.

The 109th running of the Indianapolis 500 will showcase this veteran lineup as they aim to secure victory for the DRR/Cusick partnership.
