The partnership formed after Polite and previous driver Matt Billings parted ways, with Billings returning to Sprint Car racing. Billings had achieved notable success in 2024, securing a win on July 20th and finishing 10th in track points with seven top-10 finishes in eight starts.

Dingwall, the 2012 track champion, comes off a strong 2024 season with two wins, six top-5s, and ten top-10 finishes in eleven starts, finishing third in points. He will maintain his personal No. 66 car for major regional events while piloting Polite's car (number to be determined) for the full season at Brockville.

The team brings impressive credentials to their collaboration:

  • Dingwall's Career Achievements:

    • 22 career 358 Modified wins (10th all-time)
    • 2012 358 Modified track championship
    • 7 career Sportsman wins
    • 2004 Sportsman track championship
  • Polite's Notable Accomplishments as Owner:

    • Guided Danny O'Brien to his 100th and 101st DIRTcar 358 Modified wins (2023)
    • Multiple championships with son Kenny in Vintage division (2018-2019)
    • Recent success with Randy Gaudet, securing the 2024 Eastern Ontario Vintage Club Championship

The team will continue using Mike Blok engines in Polite's car, while Dingwall's No. 66 will retain Yves Lafrance power plants for the 2025 season.

The Brockville Ontario Speedway schedule for 2025 will be announced soon, with this new partnership expected to be a strong championship contender.
