
Chase Briscoe Captures Historic First Toyota Pole Position at Daytona 500
Chase Briscoe secured the pole position for the Daytona 500, setting a blazing lap speed of 182.745 mph (49.249 seconds) in his No. 19 Toyota. This marks Briscoe's first Daytona 500 pole, his second at Daytona International Speedway, and Toyota's first-ever pole position at this prestigious event.

Austin Cindric qualified second with a lap speed of 182.463 mph in his Ford Mustang, completing the front row for the 67th annual Daytona 500. The qualifying session consisted of two rounds of single-car runs, with the top 10 drivers advancing to the final round.

The remaining starting positions will be determined through the twin qualifying duel races scheduled for Thursday night at 7 p.m. ET.
