Bronze-rated driver Darren Leung has signed with United Autosports to drive their McLaren GT3 Evo in the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship LMGT3 class. The 37-year-old will share the No. 95 entry with Marino Sato and a yet-to-be-announced third driver.

Leung enters this program fresh off an impressive 2024 season with Team WRT's BMW M4 GT3 effort, where he secured an LMGT3 class victory at Imola and a podium finish at Le Mans. He simultaneously captured the GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup Bronze title with Century Motorsport.

The Yorkshire native brings significant momentum, having won the 2023 British GT Championship in just his third year of racing. His rapid progression caught the attention of United Autosports CEO Richard Dean, who praised Leung's meteoric rise through motorsport ranks.

"I am delighted to join United Autosports and McLaren," said Leung. "Their commitment to their WEC program is truly inspiring, and I'm eager to contribute to the team's efforts as we take on some of the most iconic circuits in the world."

The 2025 WEC season kicks off with the Qatar 1812km on February 28, where Leung will begin his campaign for championship success with the Yorkshire-based United Autosports team.
