Christopher Bell edged out Kyle Larson in a thrilling three-lap shootout at Volusia Speedway Park, claiming his first World of Outlaws victory in six years. The NASCAR Cup Series stars delivered an unforgettable dirt track battle, with Bell winning by just .05 seconds in the Kreitz Racing No. 69K.

The victory came after race leader Emerson Axsom's late-race spin, setting up the dramatic finish. Bell masterfully defended the bottom in Turns 1 and 2 while Larson charged the top in the Silva Motorsports No. 57. The final corner saw Larson attempt a crossover move, leading to a drag race to the checkered flag.

Christopher Bell celebrates race victory
For Bell, this marked his sixth World of Outlaws win and first since October 2019 at Tri-State Speedway. It was also his first Sprint Car victory since returning from a 2022 hiatus, earning him a $12,000 prize and a coveted Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals gator trophy.
The podium was completed by Logan Schuchart in the Shark Racing No. 1S, followed by David Gravel and Brad Sweet rounding out the top five. Ryan Timms earned the KSE Racing Hard Charger award, advancing from 21st to 10th place.
Notable performances included Kyle Larson's Simpson Quick Time honors and Christopher Bell's victories in both the SPA Technique #1 Redraw and Toyota Racing Dash. The event continues with night three at Volusia Speedway Park, offering another $12,000 prize to the winner.
