The multilingual assistant, currently available in the UK and Germany with planned expansion to Italy and Denmark, is integrated into E.ON's Drive Comfort app. It combines AI-driven support with human assistance when needed.

Julian Lennertz, chief commercial officer at E.ON Next, emphasizes that language barriers shouldn't impede the EV charging experience, stating that Electra makes "electric mobility smarter, simpler, and more inclusive for all."
